EJF doesn not establish batei din but instead works with existing and forming batei din that are operating with the standards that have been handed to us by Gedolei Torah. EJF operates under the piskei din of the following poskim: Hagaon HaRav Moshe Feinstein zt"l, Hagaon HaRav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach zt"l, the Minchas Yitzchok, Hagaon HaRav Yosef Shalom Elyashiv shlit"a and Hagaon HaRav Reuven Feinstein shlit"a.
